Job Summary
As the National Account Specialist your primary objective is generating reports such as product utilization, signals and other relevant business data requested by our customers. Additionally, you will serve as a support for National Accounts special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pull customer data and analytics from dedicated systems to generate product utilization and signal reports.
- Ensure AMAROK’s National Account Directors have accurate reporting in a timely manner.
- Conduct mass user code updates and audit user code data to pinpoint necessary changes.
- Champion the utilization of our customer portal (the ROK) and assist with adding users.
- As needed open business/work orders to be triage out to AMAROK’s field operations.
