Job Summary

The National Accounts Billing Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive billing support to AMAROK’S National/Enterprise customers. This role involves performing collections of past due accounts, billing of accounts, generating and explaining invoices, preparing detailed account reports, and escalating issues to management. The National Accounts Billing Specialist will be the single point of contact for National/Enterprise billing-related inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage billing accounts for AMAROK’s National/Enterprise customers.
• Create monthly invoices
• Review account balances to assess collection efforts required and execute collection steps timely and efficiently
• Initiate daily collection phone calls to customers in a professional manner while building a strong customer partnership
• Document collection activities in customer account notes
• Identify issues contributing to account delinquency and providing solution support
• Address customer billing inquiries and concerns (email, phone and scheduled meetings)
• Collaborate with National Account Directors, Enterprise Managers and Enterprise Directors by providing ad hoc reporting and other
account information as requested
• Manage and resolve National Account Escalations by partnering with Field Service, Installation, Care, TAG and Sales teams
• Open and oversee customer disputes to ensure they are resolved timely
