Selling Power Magazine has listed AMAROK as the #1 Company to Sell For! The base salary ranges between $70K-$85K with an OTE of $125K depending on the confirmed job-related skills and experience. Commissions are uncapped for this opportunity. Additionally, 80% or our sellers have reached their quota over the last five years.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in driving new business growth through a high volume of prospecting activities. This “hunter” sales position is primarily responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads and guiding leads through the sales funnel. The SDR will work closely with other members of the sales team to maximize new business opportunities.

Essential Duties

  • Follow the established internal selling method (SPARK) to generate a high volume of new business.
  • Conduct high volume prospecting through outbound site visits, calls, emails, and social media; 25-35 touchpoints per day, at minimum.
  • Qualify leads and determine which leads to pursue and the priority.
  • Guide qualifying leads through the sales funnel and pass off viable leads to AMAROK’s Account Executives for prospect closing.
  • Coordinate meetings and calls between prospective customer and internal customers.
  • Maintain and update an accurate activity log within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to help develop the lead pipeline and implement strategies to elevate the pipeline.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Confident, upbeat, and outgoing personality
  • Coachable and able to bounce back from rejection
  • Prior sales experience (B2B is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt and seize new business opportunities
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
