The Ritz Carlton Aruba is a beachfront resort featuring 320 spacious luxury guest rooms, two swimming pools, a collection of five dining options, a luxurious 13-treatment room spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a dazzling casino. 

Check-In – 4:00pm

*Please note that the hotel will do a pre-authorization of $200 per day on the credit card you put down for incidentals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, Travel to Aruba requires a current valid passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your arrival to Aruba so if it expires within that time frame you will need to have it renewed. 

If you need to apply for or renew your passport please go to: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html 

NOTE: Current Passport wait times can take up to approximately 14 weeks! We recommend expediting to ensure you get it in time. It is very important that you start this process right away so that you will have it in time for travel.

Please fill out the registration form for you and your guest. Registration must be complete by Friday, January 31, 2025 

All flights must be booked through Spotnana. Failure to do so could create issues with transportation. Flights must be booked by Friday, February 7, 2025. 

This is an adult only event. All guests must be over 21 years old 

Guests permitted must be immediate family (parent or sibling), significant other or spouse. You will not be able to adjust your guest after registration. All guests must be at least 21 years old.

Please DO NOT arrive earlier than June 19th. If there is a travel issue, please contact Andrea directly to discuss.

Catamaran / Snorkeling

This three-hour excursion will bring you to the island’s top snorkeling sites. Catalina Bay, Arashi Reef and the famous World War II wreck, the Antilla, are a snorkeler’s delight. 

Departure: 8:30am 

8:45am – 9:00am – Meet in the ballroom foyer for waiver signing and transfer to de Palm Pier
9:00am – 12:00pm – Snorkel Adventure
12:00pm – 12:15pm – Estimated Return to Resort

Located only minutes from Palm Beach, Tierra del Sol features an 18-hole Championship Golf Course masterfully designed by famed architect Robert Trent Jones II. Described by Golf Digest as playing Scotland, Arizona, and the Caribbean all in one round, this desert links course combines the elements of wind, sea, and earth to provide a truly exhilarating experience for golfers of all levels.

Deep Sea Fishing

Aruba’s waters are great for deep sea fishing! Your game fishing adventure starts about 5 to 7 miles offshore. Catches include Mahi Mahi, dorado, black and yellow fin tuna, barracuda, sail fish & blue marlin. Whether you are an experienced fisherman or going on your first deep sea fishing trip, you’ll enjoy this fishing adventure!

UTV Tour

Prepare to get down and dirty behind the wheel of unique UTV vehicles in a professionally guided off-road safari along the Andicuri Trail. Each UTV carries a maximum of two passengers. The tour will take you through the wild beauty of Aruba’s outback, skirting along the rugged coast with visits to Andicuri, Black Stone Beach, Natural Bridge ruins, Alto Vista. 

Departure: 8:15am

8:30am – Transfer Hotel to HQ, followed by briefing and Start of tour
