No, AMAROK will book hotels for all out-of-town guests and send a confirmation closer to the event.
Hotel check-in is at 4PM at the Hilton and Hampton Inn Hotels. Your room is not guaranteed earlier, but you can request it with the hotel once reservations have been made.
All events are business casual (Jeans OK). We encourage you to wear AMAROK gear Monday during the meeting.
For anyone driving to the meeting, free parking is available at the Columbia Convention Center lot on Monday, March 4th. Parking is first come, first serve. The address is 1101 Lincoln Street Columbia SC 29201.
Overflow parking will be available in the garage attached to the Hilton Hotel 1007 Park St.; Columbia, SC 29201 and we can reimburse as needed for those that park there.
For our local employees that choose to drive to the venue we want to ensure you celebrate and get home responsibly, so we have partnered with UBER to have a voucher for Sunday and Monday night. We will have QR codes to access the voucher at the event.
Yes – both venues have parking. We also have enough room in the buses shuttling attendees from the Hilton hotel.
No. Airport transportation as well as evening transportation will be provided. We will send a schedule as we get closer to the event. The shuttle driver will have an AMAROK sign and be located at baggage claim.
