Job Summary
The AMAROK Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) enhances sales team efficiency and revenue growth by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance and process adherence. The SOA serves as a subject matter expert on AMAROK’s sales process and industry trends, driving coaching, developing business cases, and maintaining operational stability during rapid growth, ultimately optimizing sales effectiveness through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and evaluate sales process execution, providing regular analysis and reporting to facilitate data-driven coaching.
- Manage and analyze data from sales discovery meetings to create clear, digestible written and visual analyses, supporting ROI calculations and customer justification.
- Research and evaluate crime data, industry, and regional trends to maintain a current knowledge base for sales representatives.
- Develop and maintain expertise on AMAROK’s sales process.
- Create high-quality business cases to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Provide thought leadership content for sales reps and marketing campaigns based on crime and industry trends.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in sales processes and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
- Maintain order and efficiency during periods of rapid company growth.
- Use data to drive coaching and sales process adherence to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or 2+ years’ of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to research and understand crime data, industry, and regional trends.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, percentages, ratios, and proportions.

Base Compensation Range: $60K up to $70K per year. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
