Refer & Secure Terms and Conditions

AMAROK may alter, change or modify the Refer & Secure Referral Program (“the Program”), or any part of the Program, and/or the Terms from time to time in its sole discretion, with or without notice. AMAROK will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Program, and your continued participation in the Program after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. 

The Program is open to all AMAROK current customers, as well as non-customers, unless prohibited by law or regulation. Employees of AMAROK or its affiliates or promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible to receive a Referral Reward (as described below). 

For every referral who uses your custom link to request a meeting with their AMAROK representative and then executes a contract for security system services, you will receive a referral payout in the amount of $1000.00 (“Referral Payout”). Current customers who provide an eligible referral may opt to credit the $1000.00 toward their monthly billing. 

You are responsible for any and all tax liability arising out of your acceptance of the Referral Payout. AMAROK will require a W9 from all members receiving a Referral Payout of $600+ in one year. AMAROK will send 1099 documents to recipients of a Referral Payout at the end of the calendar year for payouts made that year. Referral Payouts will be delivered in the form of an ACH payment. If payments are not accepted within 2 weeks of being issued, they will be canceled and may be reissued at AMAROK’s discretion. Referral Payouts are not transferable and are subject to change at any time without notice. 

The referrals you provide cannot be an existing AMAROK customer, past customer, someone who has terminated service with AMAROK within the last 12 months, or someone (email or phone number) who was previously referred to AMAROK by another person. If the Referee is already in our system, you will not get credit for the referral. If the Referee is determined to share an IP or device with the Member, you will not get credit for the referral.  

All Referrals must be entered into AMAROK’s system via a Member’s custom link. 

AMAROK and the Program adhere to guidelines outlined in CANSPAM.  

Any failure to comply with the Terms, any fraud or abuse relating to any referral, or Referral Payout, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to AMAROK by you, or anyone acting on your behalf, may result in the termination of your participation the Program and/or forfeiture of any Referral Payout. AMAROK reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any referral or Member, terminate or suspend the Program or your participation in the Program at any time without notice. 

AMAROK is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by you or a Referee while participating in the Program.
