Job Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our team. The National Account Manager role is a strategic position focused on providing exceptional support to key enterprise clients. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of customer needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. This is a Monday-Friday position working 9am – 6pm shift.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Planning: Define resource and technological requirements for improved reporting and dashboard tools.
- Relationship Building: Foster and strengthen relationships with corporate and site-level management.
- Operational Excellence: Work with internal management to refine operational standards for national account tiers.
- Value-Added Services: Collaborate with National Account Directors to enhance and streamline value-added service offerings.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective national account communication and deliverables.
- Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of 6-10 national accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Escalation Management: Resolve complex issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Case Management: Open and manage cases/work orders as required.
What You’ll Need
- At least two years related experience – tech support/troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in account management and customer relationship building
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus!

Base Compensation Range: $70K up to $80K per year. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
